A bolt tension calibrator is compatible with a range of tools, including impact wrenches, manual torque wrenches, nutrunners, pneumatic torque wrenches, and hydraulic bolt tensioners. Bolt testing is essential for steel structures, providing Preinstallation Verification (PIV) and Rotational Capacity (RoCap) Testing. The Calibore offers several key features: a “Snap-in” front plate, adjustable reaction bar, dual-unit gauge readings, a durable gauge protector, and a milled clamp for secure mounting. Additionally, it comes with a clearly labeled minimum bolt tension, a wheeled carrying case for convenience, and a lightweight design.
